Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Customized orders, including personalized engraving, typically take 5-7 business days to process before they are shipped. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping across India on all orders over ₹5,000. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days
• Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (available at an additional cost)

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

We take immense care in packaging our delicate items (like crystal and glass awards). If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement.
