Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom engraving or bulk orders may take 5-7 business days depending on the complexity and quantity.
Do you offer bulk discounts?

Can I customize the text on the trophies?
Absolutely! We provide free basic engraving on most of our trophies and awards. You can specify the text during the checkout process.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged items. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. However, for very large bulk orders, we can make special arrangements. Please contact support for more details.
